2. Scroll down and select Garden Visit Off Peak (valid until end of March) or Garden Visits (April onwards)
3. Choose the ticket Types and Quantities you require
4. Book your date and time
5. Add to Cart
6. Enter your Members Discount Code (sent to you via email) this will deduct the cost of your visit £8.50 off-peak, £9.50 peak season

Joint Memberships are valid for two people. This enables either of you to book a free visit, separately or together.

You are welcome to bring friends/family members with you. Please choose the ticket types and quantities you require, and add to your cart. You discount will remove your admission and you will need to pay in full for any remaining tickets.

When you purchase your membership you will receive a Welcome email with the codes to use for your Visits, and to claime your discounts on Events, Courses, Workshops and the Online Shop. Simply enter these codes at the checkout.

As your membership acts as a Subscription to Careys Secret Garden, you will receive a payment reminder email when your renewal is due. This gives you the opportunity to cancel if you no longer wish to be a member. You will also receive an email if your subscription has expired, prompting you to renew if you'd like to.

Subscriptions are valid for one year from the purchase date and will auto-renew each year. If you would like to cancel your. subscription please email us or cancel when your receive your renewal reminders.

Annual Membership Terms & Conditions: 

1. Please familiarise yourself with the following terms and conditions BEFORE purchasing your Annual Membership. Purchasing a membership constitutes acceptance of all our terms and conditions.
2. Please note that whilst memberships are annual, Careys Secret Garden may be closed each year for the Christmas & New Year period, and under extenuating circumstances and no access will be given during this time.
3. As an annual membership holder, you must still pre-book your visit to Careys Secret Garden this is to ensure we can limit the numbers of people visiting each day, to create a positive, peaceful environment for all to enjoy whilst also monitoring the impact on the wildlife sharing the walled garden and surrounding estate.
4. To book your free garden visits or 10% discount on courses, please use the discount CODES sent to you via email when your purchased your subscription.
5. If you have booked a visit and can not attend you must cancel your booking by emailing us. Please send an email to: hello@careyssecretgarden.co.uk 
6. If you do not cancel and simply fail to show up for your garden visits, and this occurs on three separate occasions throughout the year, we will cancel your annual membership and no refund will be given.
7. The names on Annual Memberships cannot be changed or transferred, unless agreed with the garden management.
8. Pass Holders are not automatically entitled to a reservation; visits must be reserved using the online system and are subject to availability. All reservations are on a first come first serve basis. There are daily admission limits in place.
9. Should we be forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret Annual Memberships cannot be extended or refunded.
10. The management reserve the right to alter or withdraw any promotion offered to Annual Members at any time, without prior notice.
11. By purchasing this pass, you agree to Careys Secret Garden processing of your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
12. Renewals are not an automatic right. Careys Secret Garden reserves the right to refuse annual membership renewals and/or set limits to the number of memberships in circulation.
13. Refunds/changes will only be given in extenuating circumstances and at the manager's discretion.
14. Annual Memberships cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. 
15. If you are purchasing plants at the garden please notify the person on the till of your membership to receive a discount, you may need to show your confirmation email.  
16. Your membership acts as a Subscription to Careys Secret Garden. You will receive a payment reminder email when your subscription is due to renew, and an expiry email if your subscription has expired. Please contact us if there are any issues with your subscription.
