Ribes rubrum ‘Versailles Blanche’, this whitecurrant is a favourite here at Careys Secret Garden. This upright, bushy shrub produces attractive pale-yellow flowers throughout April and May which give way to unique, magnificently delicious small white berries that can be eaten straight from the plant! Genuinely cannot recommend this enough to those who love foraging through the garden for fresh fruit!
