Salvia tubiflora, a very drought tolerant ground-covering species from Northern Chile and Western Peru. Soft delicate, light green foliage gives way to masses of orange/scarlet tubular flowers over a very long period. An excellent ground for the front of a border or growing in a container where it will flop over the sides.
