This event will run from 7.00am - 9.30am
Join the Birds of Poole Harbour team for a Spring birds ID session at Carey Secret Garden, where you’ll be guided as you venture beyond the garden walls, down to the rewilded floodplain and along the River Piddle in search for the estates newly arrived, and resident breeding species. Learn how to ID by sight and sound, and of course, there’s always the chance of an Osprey or White-tailed Eagle flying over these days. The walk will end with a short stop off to the Osprey viewing platform to hopefully see Poole Harbours famous pair of nesting Ospreys.
